Nike is reissuing the Baltoro High sneaker in a new color scheme called "Cave Stone/Mystic Hibiscus." According to Hypebeast, the shoe will release in September 2026 with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $145.

The release opts for a nostalgic approach rather than a redesign. It deliberately references the darker, outdoor-oriented color palettes that were characteristic of the Baltoro model during its earlier years in the 1990s.
